Notice about the total voting rights pursuant to Article 85-bis, paragraph 4-bis, of the Issuers Regulation

EQUITA Group S.p.A. (the "Company") announces that following the increase in voting rights on Company's shares owned by one shareholder, the total amount of voting rights has changed from 70,553,162 to 70,708,162. The composition of the Company's share capital (fully paid-in), in terms of number of shares and voting rights, is the following:
