Notice about the total voting rights pursuant to Article 85-bis, paragraph 4-bis, of the Issuers Regulation

Milan, July 17 th , 2025

EQUITA Group S.p.A. (the "Company") announces that following the renounce of increased voting rights on Company's shares owned by two shareholders, the total amount of voting rights has changed from 70,564,705 to 70,553,162. The composition of the Company's share capital (fully paid-in), in terms of number of shares and voting rights, is the following:
