Notice about the total voting rights pursuant to Article 85-bis, paragraph 4-bis, of the Issuers Regulation

Milan, 2 nd December 2024

EQUITA Group S.p.A. (the "Company") announces that following the renounce of increased voting rights on Company's shares owned by one shareholder, the total amount of voting rights has changed from 72,695,429 to 72,692,009. The composition of the Company's share capital (fully paid-in), in terms of number of shares and voting rights, is the following:
