Equipmake, the UK-based engineering specialist pioneering the development and production of electrification products across the automotive, aerospace, bus, and coach industries, is pleased to announce that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held at held at 10:00 am GMT on 29 November 2023 at The Hethel Engineering Centre, Hethel, Norwich NR14 8FB.

The Notice of AGM, which sets out the arrangements for the meeting and how shareholders may vote has been sent in hard copy to the registered shareholders of the Company and is available on the Company's website: www.equipmake.com.
