Equipmake, the UK developer and manufacturer of best-in-class electrification products for the provision of electric vehicle ("EV") drivetrains, today announces that copies of the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 May 2022, and notice of the Company's AGM, have been posted to shareholders.

The Company's AGM will be held in the Chapman room at the Hethel Engineering Centre, Chapman Way, Hethel, Norwich, NR14 8FB on 19 January 2023 at 10 a.m.
