Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On November 12, 2018, Mark B. Templeton informed Equifax, Inc. ("Equifax" or the "Company") of his intention to retire from the Board of Directors of the Company effective immediately. Mr. Templeton was recently appointed as chief executive officer and a director of DigitalOcean, LLC, a cloud computing company. He has served as a director of Equifax since 2008.
