AIM Rule 17 Schedule 2(g) Update

Equals (AIM:EQLS) announces the following information relating to directors' disclosure under Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.

Richard Cooper, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, was a director of a private company, Sonco Gaming UK Limited, from 24 December 2019 to 22 December 2021. Mr Cooper has learned that this company has been placed into Administration, following a Creditors Voluntary Liquidation on 6 July 2022, although this is not yet recorded as such at Companies House.
