Notice of 2024 AGM

EQTEC plc (AIM: EQT), a global technology innovator powering distributed, decarbonised, new energy infrastructure through its waste-to-value solutions for hydrogen, biofuels and energy generation announces, the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at the offices of Philip Lee LLP, Connaught House, One Burlington Road, Dublin 4, D04 C5Y6, Ireland at 12.00 noon on Tuesday, 6 August 2024 (the "AGM").

The Notice of AGM and associated Form of Proxy are today being sent to shareholders and are available on the Company's website at  www.eqtec.com in addition to the Annual Report 2023 as previously announced.
