Appointment of Nominated Adviser Finalised

EQTEC plc (AIM: EQT), the technology solution company for waste gasification to energy projects, is pleased to announce that further to the Company's announcement dated 18th October 2017 regarding the appointment of Northland Capital Partners Limited ("Northland") as Nominated Adviser and Joint Broker, Northland has now satisfactorily completed its due diligence and has provided all relevant confirmations to the London Stock Exchange that it will continue to act as Nominated Adviser on an ongoing basis. Northland will also continue to act as the Company's Joint Broker.

This announcement contains inside information as defined in Article 7 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation No 596/2014 and has been announced in accordance with the Company's obligations under Article 17 of that Regulation.
