ALLOTMENT AND DESPATCH OF HOLDING STATEMENTS

Speciality Metals International Limited ( SEI or the Company ) advise that it has issued and allotted the shares applied for under the underwritten pro-rata non-renounceable 1 for 5 entitlement offer (new shares). The Company has sought application with ASX for quotation of those shares.

The Company anticipates that the despatch of the holding statements and normal ASX trading for the new shares under the Offer will take place tomorrow, 31 July 2019.

The Company’s issued capital post allotment is as follows:
