VARIATION TO LOAN AGREEMENT

EQ Resources Limited ( EQR or the Company ) refers to the Loan Agreement executed between shareholder and Director Mr. Zhui Pei Yeo ( Lender ) and the Company ( Borrower ) on 19 April 2022 pursuant to which the Lender lent A$1,500,000 (Principal) to the Borrower to be repaid within 6 months. For details see ASX Announcement ‘CAPEX Funding for Mt Carbine Expansion Secured), dated 02 May 2022. The Company advises that it has agreed to extend the repayment date from 19 October 2022 to 31 July 2023 with no other changes to the terms and conditions of the loan agreement.
