REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, Speciality Metals International Limited (ASX: SEI) (the Company ) requests the voluntary suspension from quotation of the Company’s securities with effect from the commencement of trading on Tuesday 3 March 2020, being the expiration of the current trading halt.

The suspension is requested pending an announcement to be made by the Company to the market in connection with a material capital raising (“Capital Raising”), being the purpose of the current trading halt.

The Company requests that the suspension should remain in place until the commencement of trading on Friday, 6 March 2020 unless, before that time, it makes an announcement in relation to the Capital Raising or requests that the suspension be lifted.

The Company is not aware of any reason why its securities should not be suspended.
