Speciality Metals International Limited (ASX: SEI) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Speciality Metals International Limited (‘SEI’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of SEI, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 21 December 2018 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Speciality Metals International Limited (the Company) requests a trading halt from the ASX pending an announcement regarding a financing arrangement.

The Company requests the trading halt commence immediately from the commencement of trading on Wednesday 19 December 2018 and remain in place until the commencement of trading on Friday 21 December 2018 or upon release of an announcement regarding the financing, whichever is the earlier.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.

The Company is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
