CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY

The Board of Directors of Speciality Metals International Limited (“ SEI ”) or (the “ Company ”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Suzanne Irwin as Company Secretary for the Company, effective today, 1 September 2020. For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 12.6 Suzanne will also be the person responsible for communications between the Company and ASX.

Suzanne is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia with over 9 years’ company secretarial experience with ASX300 member, ERM Power Limited which was delisted from the ASX on acquisition by Shell Energy Australia in November 2019. Prior to this, having completed CPA certification, Suzanne has over 10 years’ financial experience in business and commercial analyst roles at various BHP mining and minerals extraction operations encompassing underground coal, iron ore, lead and zinc mining operations as well as nickel refinery processing operations located in NSW, Western Australia and Queensland.

Mr Adrien Wing will cease in his role as Company Secretary effective today. The Board would like to thank Mr Wing for his dedication and service and wishes him well for the future.
