RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Carbine Tungsten Limited (ASX: CNQ, Carbine or the “Company”) advises that Mr Anthony Edward (Tony) Gordon has chosen not stand for re-election at the Annual General Meeting on 12 November 2014 and resign as a Non-Executive Director of the Company in order to pursue his other increased work commitments.

Tony’s decision to resign will bring to an end his operational and technical association with the Company. His resignation will take effect from 10 November 2014.

The Directors congratulate Tony for his valuable contribution in being part of the team to bring Carbine to the point of significant future development and wish him the very best in his future endeavours.

At the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of Carbine on 12 November 2014, Resolution 2 dealing with the re-election of Mr Anthony Edward (Tony) Gordon as a director of the Company will accordingly be withdrawn.
