RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Carbine Tungsten Limited ( ASX:CNQ or the “Company” ) advises that Mr. Peter Donkin has resigned as a Non-Executive Director of the Company due to unforeseen work load demands at CNQ, conflicting with his other commitments. His resignation is effective 26 April 2013.
