Clarification and Correction – ASX Announcement 26 November 2012 Appointment of Mr Anthony Gordon as a Non-Executive Director

We refer to the Company’s ASX announcement dated 26 November 2012 and wish clarify that whilst Mr Gordon has an equity shareholding and working relationship with BrentnallsNSW Chartered Accountants, both as an individual and through his role as CEO of Hanumans Private Wealth, we advise that he does not have a management role in the accounting business, nor is he an employee.
