LISTING RULE 3.13.1 DISCLOSURE

In accordance with Listing Rule 3.13.1, Speciality Metals International Limited ( SEI or the Company ) advises that it intends to hold its 2020 Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) at 3:00pm (AEDT time) on Thursday, 26 November 2020.

An item of business at the AGM will be the election of directors. Consistent with ASX Listing Rule 14.3, receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director of the Company must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5.00pm (AEDT time) on Thursday, 8 October 2020.
