Issue of Shares

Epwin Group Plc, a leading manufacturer of low maintenance building products, supplying the Repair, Maintenance and Improvement ("RMI"), new build and social housing sectors, announces that it has today issued 1,562 ordinary shares of 0.05p each to a former employee who has elected to exercise his options pursuant to the Group's Save As You Earn ("SAYE") employee share scheme.

Application will be made for the newly issued shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, and admission is expected to take place on 16 October 2018. Following admission, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 142,925,173 ordinary shares. There are no ordinary shares held in treasury. Therefore, in accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company confirms that following Admission, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 142,925,173.
