Appointment of Joint Broker

Epwin Group Plc, the vertically integrated manufacturer of low maintenance building products, supplying the RMI, new build and social housing sectors, is pleased to announce that Panmure Gordon (UK) Limited ("Panmure Gordon") has been appointed as Joint Broker to the Group with immediate effect. Panmure Gordon will work alongside Zeus Capital Limited, the Group's Nominated Advisor and Joint Broker.
