Epwin Group Plc (AIM: EPWN) ("Epwin" or the "Group"), the vertically integrated manufacturer of low maintenance building products, supplying the Repair, Maintenance and Improvement ("RMI"), new build and social housing sectors, announces the following dealing in the Company's ordinary shares of 0.05 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") by Mike O'Leary, Non-Executive Director. The dealing took place and was notified to the Company on 28 May 2015.Mike O'Leary has purchased 1,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 133.6p per Ordinary Share. The shares have been purchased in the joint names of Mike O'Leary and his wife. Following this transaction, Mike has an interest in 1,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.0007 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
