AGM Trading Update

Epwin Group Plc, the vertically integrated manufacturer of low maintenance building products, supplying the RMI, new build and social housing sectors, will make the following statement at today's Annual General Meeting in respect of current trading.

The Group continues to make good progress with its strategy of focusing on operational improvements, leveraging its capital assets and broadening its product portfolio.  The introduction of the Group's new, market leading window system is proceeding to plan and industry reaction has been very positive. The 2015 acquisitions of Stormking and Ecodek are performing well and we continue to look to add to our capabilities. The Board is confident that the Group's performance for the year ending 31 December 2016 will be in line with current market expectations.
