Result of Annual General Meeting

Epwin Group plc, the vertically integrated manufacturer of low maintenance building products, supplying the RMI, new build and social housing sectors, is pleased to announce that all resolutions put to shareholders at its Annual General Meeting on 24 May 2016 were duly passed.

The final dividend of 4.25 pence per ordinary share will be paid on 6 June 2016 to shareholders on the register on 13 May 2016.  This gives a full year 2015 dividend of 6.37 pence per ordinary share.
