CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER AND AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE

The board (the “ Board ”) of directors (the “ Directors ”) of eprint Group Limited (the “ Company ”, together with its subsidiaries, the “ Group ”) hereby announces that Mr. Mok Chun Wa (“ Mr. Mok ”) has tendered his resignation as the company secretary of the Company (the “ Company Secretary ”) and the chief financial officer of the Group (the “ Chief Financial Officer ”) with effect from 31 December 2021. Following the resignation of Mr. Mok, he also ceased to act as an authorised representative of the Company (the “ Authorised Representative ”) as required under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “ Stock Exchange ”) on the same day.

The Board also announces that Mr. She Kwan Yin, Corwin (“ Mr. She ”) has been appointed as the Company Secretary, the Chief Financial Officer and the Authorised Representative with effect from 31 December 2021.

Mr. She , aged 33, is a member of the Certified Public Accountants Australia since August 2017 and he is also a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants starting from May 2021. He obtained a bachelor degree of Commerce (Accounting) in August 2011 from Swinburne University of Technology.

The Board would like to extend its appreciation to Mr. Mok for his valuable contribution during his tenure of office in the Group, and also welcome Mr. She for his new appointment.
