| • Ilija Batljans aggregerade direkta och indirekta innehav, samt bolaget Health Runner AB:s innehav, har minskat och passerat flaggningsgränser med anledning av att Episurf Medical AB genomfört emissioner av aktier och den 30 april 2026 meddelat ett förändrat antal aktier och röster i bolaget enligt lagen om handel med finansiella instrument (passiv flaggningsskyldighet). Ilija Batljan fullgör (i) sin egen flaggningsskyldighet (det aggregerade direkta och indirekta innehavet har minskat till under 15 procent av antalet aktier respektive röster i Episurf Medical AB), samt (ii) Health Runner AB:s flaggningsskyldighet (innehavet har minskat till under 15 procent av antalet aktier respektive röster i Episurf Medical AB). |

The legal basis for FI to compile and publish these so-called major shareholding notification announcements is that this document is necessary for FI to carry out a task in the public interest (Article 6(1)(e) of the General Data Protection Regulation). Chapter 4 of Act (1991:980) sets forth that major shareholders are obligated under certain conditions to notify FI when buying or selling shares and that FI must disclose this information. Chapter 12, sections 10–11 of FFFS 2007:17 specifies the required content of the major shareholding notification.
