Board Member Resigns from the Board of Episurf Medical
Episurf Medical (Nasdaq: EPIS B) today announces that Laura Shunk, at her own request, resigns from her position as a member of the Board of Directors of Episurf Medical AB due to personal reasons. Laura Shunk has served as a member of Episurf Medical's Board since 2017.
"On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Laura for her valuable contributions. I look forward to convene the nomination committee to put together a proposal for a strengthened board for Episurf" says Ulf Grunander, Chairman of the Board, Episurf Medical.
