(b) Effective August 23, 2012, Balazs Fejes was promoted to the position of Senior Vice President, Global Head of Financial Services Business Unit of EPAM Systems, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Fejes has served as Chief Technology Officer of the Company since March of 2004.

Mr Fejes’ duties as Chief Technology Officer have been assigned to other members of EPAM management.
