For the first quarter of 2012, we expect the E.ON Group's EBITDA to be
around EUR3.8 billion (prior year: EUR3.5 billion) and underlying net
income to be around EUR1.7 billion (prior year: EUR1.3 billion).

From today's perspective, we expect our full-year 2012 EBITDA to be between
EUR9.6 and EUR10.2 billion and our full-year underlying net income to be
between
EUR2.3 and EUR2.7 billion.
