1. BlackRock, Inc. has informed us pursuant to Sections 21 Paragraph 1 and
   24 WpHG that the percentage holding of the voting rights of BlackRock Group
   Limited, London/UK, in E.ON AG felt below the threshold of 3% on May 14,
   2010 and amounts to 2.12% (42,340,071 voting rights) on that day.
   All of the voting rights are attributable to BlackRock Group Limited
   pursuant to Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 No. 6 in connection with
   Sentence 2 WpHG.

2. BlackRock, Inc. has informed us pursuant to Sections 21 Paragraph 1 and
   24 WpHG that the percentage holding of the voting rights of BlackRock
   Jersey International Holdings L.P., St Helier, Jersey/UK, in E.ON AG felt
   below the threshold of 3% on May 14, 2010 and amounts to 2.89% (57,825,408
   voting rights) on that day.
   All of the voting rights are attributable to BlackRock Jersey International
   Holdings L.P. pursuant to Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 No. 6 in
   connection with Sentence 2 WpHG.

3. BlackRock, Inc. has informed us pursuant to Sections 21 Paragraph 1 and
   24 WpHG that the percentage holding of the voting rights of BlackRock
   International Holdings Inc., New York/USA, in E.ON AG felt below the
   threshold of 3% on May 14, 2010 and amounts to 2.89% (57,825,408 voting
   rights) on that day.
   All of the voting rights are attributable to BlackRock International
   Holdings Inc. pursuant to Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 No. 6 in
   connection with Sentence 2 WpHG.

4. BlackRock, Inc. has informed us pursuant to Sections 21 Paragraph 1 and
   24 WpHG that the percentage holding of the voting rights of BlackRock
   Advisors Holdings, Inc., New York/USA, in E.ON AG felt below the threshold
   of 3% on May 14, 2010 and amounts to 2.90% (57,991,882 voting rights) on
   that day.
   All of the voting rights are attributable to BlackRock Advisors Holdings,
   Inc. pursuant to Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 No. 6 in connection with
   Sentence 2 WpHG.

5. BlackRock, Inc. has informed us pursuant to Sections 21 Paragraph 1 and
   24 WpHG that the percentage holding of the voting rights of BlackRock
   Financial Management, Inc., New York/USA, in E.ON AG felt below the
   threshold of 5% on May 14, 2010 and amounts to 4.74% (94,780,099 voting
   rights) on that day.
   All of the voting rights are attributable to BlackRock Financial
   Management, Inc. pursuant to Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 No. 6 in
   connection with Sentence 2 WpHG.

6. BlackRock, Inc. has informed us pursuant to Sections 21 Paragraph 1 and
   24 WpHG that the percentage holding of the voting rights of BlackRock
   Holdco 2, Inc., Wilmington, Delaware/USA, in E.ON AG felt below the
   threshold of 5% on May 14, 2010 and amounts to 4.74% (94,780,099 voting
   rights) on that day.
   All of the voting rights are attributable to BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc.
   pursuant to Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 No. 6 in connection with
   Sentence 2 WpHG.

7. BlackRock, Inc., New York/USA, has informed us pursuant to Sections 21
   Paragraph 1 WpHG that the percentage holding of its voting rights in E.ON
   AG felt below the threshold of 5% on May 14, 2010 and amounts to 4.91%
   (98,156,075 voting rights) on that day.
   All of the voting rights are attributable to BlackRock, Inc. pursuant to
   Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 No. 6 in connection with Sentence 2 WpHG.
