Enwell Energy plc (AIM: ENW), the AIM-quoted oil and gas exploration and production group, announces that a Notice of Annual General Meeting will be posted to shareholders later today, along with the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2024.
The Company's Annual General Meeting is to be held at 11.00 a.m. on Thursday 21 August 2025 at the offices of Squire Patton Boggs (UK) LLP, 60 London Wall , London EC2M 5TQ . A copy of the Notice of Annual General Meeting is also available from the Company's website at: www.enwell-energy.com .
