Change of Company Name

Regal Petroleum plc (AIM: RPT), the AIM-quoted oil and gas exploration and production group, is pleased to announce that, further to its announcement dated 26 May 2020, the process to change its name has now been completed at Companies House. Accordingly, the Company's name is now Enwell Energy plc.

With effect from market opening tomorrow, Friday 29 May 2020, the Company's name and TIDM on the London Stock Exchange will change to Enwell Energy plc and AIM:ENW respectively. The Company's ISIN and SEDOL numbers will remain unchanged.
