Lohne, July 13, 2007 – In the context of the IPO of EnviTec Biogas AG
(ISIN: DE000A0MVLS8, WKN: A0MVLS) the sole bookrunner Dresdner Kleinwort
and EnviTec announce, that the greenshoe has been exercised in full due to
the strong demand. The overallotment option amounted to 673,000 shares from
the ownership of the existing shareholders.

The aggregate IPO volume therefore amounts to EUR 242.5 million.
