Relisted as part of ongoing cost reduction programme
Lohne, 28 August 2013 – As of tomorrow, 29 August 2013, shares in EnviTec Biogas AG (ISIN: DE000A0MVLS8) will be listed in the Entry Standard segment which forms part of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange’s open market. The shares have been relisted from the Prime Standard to the Entry Standard segment as part of the company’s ongoing cost-cutting programme. The Entry Standard, too, is a high-quality market offering a high level of transparency. Moreover, Close Brother Seydler Bank AG will continue to act as a Designated Sponsor to provide liquidity support, thereby ensuring a liquid market in the shares going forward.
