January, 2013 our voting interest in EnviTec Biogas AG exceeded the
threshold of 3% and amounts to 3.08% [462,484 voting rights] on this day.
3.08% of the voting rights [462,484 voting rights] are attributable to us
in accordance with sec.22 para. 1 sent. 1 no.6 of the WpHG.'

pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on 23rd January, 2013 my
voting interest in EnviTec Biogas AG exceeded the threshold of 3%
and amounts to 3.08% [462,484 voting rights] on this day.

connection
