Wir haben am 3. Juli 2013 im Namen der nachfolgenden Gesellschaft und
Person die folgenden Mitteilungen gemäß § 21 Abs. 1 i.V.m. § 22 Abs. 1 Satz
1 Nr. 1 WpHG erhalten:

1. Die Ruhe Verwaltungs GmbH, Bakum-Lüsche, Deutschland, hat uns
   mitgeteilt, dass ihr Stimmrechtsanteil an der EnviTec Biogas AG,
   Industriering 10a, D-49393 Lohne, am 27. Juni 2013 die Schwellen von 75%,
   50%, 30%, 25%, 20% und 15% unterschritten und zu diesem Tag 13,00% betragen
   hat (Stimmrechte aus 1.950.000 Stammaktien). Diese Mitteilung erfolgte
   gemäß § 21 Abs. 1 Satz 1 WpHG.

2. Herr Kunibert Ruhe, Deutschland, hat uns mitgeteilt, dass sein
   Stimmrechtsanteil an der EnviTec Biogas AG, Industriering 10a, D-49393
   Lohne, am 27. Juni 2013 die Schwellen von 75%, 50%, 30%, 25%, 20% und 15%
   unterschritten und zu diesem Tag 13,00% betragen hat (Stimmrechte aus
   1.950.000 Stammaktien). Sämtliche Stimmrechte sind Herrn Kunibert Ruhe
   gemäß § 22 Abs. 1 Satz 1 Nr. 1 WpHG über die Ruhe Verwaltungs GmbH
   zuzurechnen.
