We have been informed on September 16, 2009 as follows:

'Notification pursuant to sec. 21 para.1 WpHG

We, Farringdon I (FFI), Luxembourg, Luxembourg, hereby give notice,
pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on 10th September, 2009 our
voting interest in EnviTec Biogas AG exceeded the threshold of 3% and
amounts to 3,64% [546.716 voting rights] on this day.

We, Farringdon Capital Management Switzerland SA (FCMS), Geneva,
Switzerland, hereby give notice, pursuant to Sect. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG
that on 10th September, 2009 our voting interest in EnviTec Biogas AG
exceeded the threshold of 3% and amounts to 3,64% [546.716 voting rights]
on this day.
3,64% of the voting rights [546.716 voting rights] are attributable to us
in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 of the WpHG.
Voting rights are attributed to us by Farringdon I which holds directly 3%
or more of voting rights.

We, Farringdon Capital Management SA (FCML), Luxembourg, Luxembourg, hereby
give notice, pursuant to Sect. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on 10th
September, 2009 our voting interest in EnviTec Biogas AG exceeded the
threshold of 3% and amounts to 3, 64% [546.716 voting rights] on this day.
3,64% of the voting rights [546.716 voting rights] are attributable to us
in accordance with sec.22 para. 1 sent. 1 no.6 of the WpHG.
Voting rights are attributed to us by Farringdon I which holds directly 3%
or more of voting rights.
