Executive Board member Roel Slotman to assume new role advising EnviTec on
expansion in Chinese market

• Current Chief Customer Officer to retire from Executive Board at end of
  June

• Focus on expanding distribution in Chinese biogas market

Lohne, 25 June 2015 - Roel Slotman, Executive Board member and current
Chief Customer Officer of EnviTec Biogas AG (ISIN: DE000A0MVLS8) has
decided to retire from the Executive Board at the end of June 2015 and will
assume a new role for the company. In agreement with the Supervisory Board
and the other Executive Board members he will exclusively concentrate on
expanding distribution in China, an important growth market for biogas. In
addition, he will continue to support the company's distribution activities
in the Netherlands. From 2005 Roel Slotman was in charge of expanding
EnviTec's international business, initially as Expansion Manager and from
2010 as Chief Customer Officer.

No new appointment to the Executive Board of EnviTec Biogas AG is envisaged
at this time. From 1 July, Roel Slotman's current tasks will be taken over
by the other Executive Board members.
