Completion of acquisition of Active Environmental Solutions Pty Ltd

The Board of The Environmental Group Limited ( ASX: EGL ) is pleased to announce the completion of the acquisition of Active Environmental Solutions Pty Ltd ACN 646 037 327 (AES) yesterday.

The relationship AES has with international industrial companies, provides EGL with exciting opportunities to pursue a commercial arrangement with a European company which could result in EGL representing that partner’s interests in Australia and carrying out engineering and consultancy services. Commercial-in-confidence negotiations are ongoing as at the date of this announcement and no binding contracts have been agreed.
