RETIREMENT OF DIRECTOR

ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

The Company wishes to advise that John Read has decided to not stand for re-election at the Company’s 2012 Annual General Meeting (AGM). As such, the Company advises that Resolution 3 as stated in the Notice of AGM dated 16 October 2012 has been withdrawn and that Mr Read will retire at the conclusion of the AGM.

Mr Read was appointed as a Director of the Company in March 2001 and served as Chairman from April 2001 until August 2012. “I would like to thank John for his tenure and commitment to the Company and wish him all the best in his future endeavours,” stated Louis Niederer, Chairman.

The Company expects to shortly advise the market of a subsequent Director appointment.
