DIRECTOR RETIREMENT

The Environmental Group Limited (ASX: EGL) today announced that it has been advised by Mr. Chris Fullerton of his intention to retire from the Board with immediate effect, in order to further his interests in the life sciences domain. EGL’s Chairman, Mr. John Read, said “Chris has been an exemplary independent non executive director who has played a key role in the Company’s strategic direction and whose professionalism and shareholder focus will be sadly missed at Board level. In particular during his term Chris has made a significant contribution to a number of often difficult management decisions and to enhancing EGL’s balance sheet which today is more robust than at any time in its history.
