Envipco secures significant RVM delivery in Portugal

Amersfoort, 26 June 2025 - Envipco Holding N.V. ("Envipco" or "the Company"), a leading global provider of recycling systems and Reverse Vending Machine (RVM) technology, today announces a significant win in Portugal ahead of the country's deposit return scheme (DRS) go-live.

Envipco has signed a letter of intent for delivery of approximately 250 RVMs to one of the leading retailers in Portugal. The framework agreement calls for a variety of RVMs. Delivery is anticipated in H2 2025 and includes service agreement on all RVM supplies.

The Portugal DRS is operated by SDR Portugal, a non-profit organization backed by more than two dozen companies from the beverage industry and retail sector. The golive date of the DRS in Portugal is yet to be finally determined but is widely expected to be early 2026.
