Envipco Announces hiring of new CEO Press Release

Amersfoort, The Netherlands - January 30, 2020 - Envipco Holding N.V. ("Envipco" or the "Company"), a leading global provider of recycling systems and Reverse Vending Machine technology, announces that Mr. Simon Bolton has been hired as the new CEO of the Company and joins us from 17 February 2020.

Simon Bolton (48) is a UK resident with more than 25 years of international general management, strategic and operational experience in B2B services. His most recent position was CEO International of Waterlogic, a UK company with a global reach, 2500 employees and USD 350 million revenue. Simon previously held senior management positions at General Electric, Invensys and other industrial/technology companies. Simon holds an MBA degree from IMD Lausanne, a MSc degree in Engineering Business Management from Warwick University (UK) and a BEng degree from Imperial College London.

With the anticipated expansion of DRS programs in Europe, Mr. Bolton will lead establishment of a European based team to deliver strong growth by leveraging our robust technology offering and our demonstrated experience and success in North America.
