Entropy Neurodynamics Limited - Secondary Trading Notice pursuant to section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Act)

This notice is given by Entropy Neurodynamics Limited (‘Entropy Neurodynamics’, ‘ENP’ or the ‘Company’) (ASX: ENP), under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Act) in compliance with the requirements of section 708A(6). Entropy Neurodynamics confirms that:

• (a) it has issued 1,931,012 fully paid ordinary shares in lieu of cash payment of director’s fees as approved at the Annual General Meeting on 13 November 2025 without disclosure to investors under part 6D.2 of the Act;

An Appendix 2A regarding the issue of these Shares has also been released today.

• (b) this notice is being given under 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act;

• (c) as at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with:

  • (i) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and

  • (ii) sections 674 and 674A of the Corporations Act; and

• (d) as at the date of this notice, there is no “excluded information” within the meaning of sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act.
