UPCOMING RELEASE OF SHARES FROM ESCROW

29[th] July 2019

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, Exopharm Limited (ASX:EX1) advises that a total of 959,401 fully paid ordinary shares will be released from escrow on 10 August 2019 and will be tradeable from 12 August 2019, being the next trading day after lapse of the escrow period.

An Appendix 3B applying for quotation of the fully paid ordinary shares being released from escrow will be announced shortly after the lapse of the escrow period.
