Date of Annual General Meeting 2022

Exopharm Limited (ASX:EX1) advises that the Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) of Exopharm is scheduled for Thursday 24 November 2022.

Further information about the AGM will be set out in the Notice of Meeting which will be released to the market and available to shareholders on or around 25 October 2022.

In accordance with Clause 6.2(f) of the Company’s Constitution, nominations for election of directors at the AGM must be received no less than 35 Business Days before the meeting, being no later than 6 October 2022.
