Entra ASA : Mandatory notification of trade

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice on 28th of May 2015 regarding

Entra's share saving scheme for employees.

On behalf of Entra ASA, Swedbank has on 4 of June 2015 purchased 19,100 treasury

shares for use in the group's share saving scheme. The treasury shares have been

acquired at a price of NOK 72.43 per share.

Before distribution to the employees, Entra has purchased 70,200 treasury shares

in connection with the share saving scheme which equals Entra's total holding of

treasury shares. The total number of shares allocated to the employees in the

program have been adjusted to 81,446 shares.
