The Board of Entra ASA will as previously announced provide their recommendation as required by the Norwegian Securities Trading Act section 6-16 ref section 6-19 regarding the strategic interest in the company tomorrow, on 29 January 2021.
In order to provide our shareholders with the best possible basis for evaluating the offers, Entra will provide a pre quarter update of financial and operational performance in Q4 2020 tomorrow at 0700 CET. The full financial report will be released on 12 February 2021, as previously announced.
This information is subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
