Pre quarter update to be released 29 January 2021

The Board of Entra ASA will as previously announced provide their recommendation

as required by the Norwegian Securities Trading Act section 6-16 ref section

6-19 regarding the strategic interest in the company tomorrow, on 29 January

In order to provide our shareholders with the best possible basis for evaluating

the offers, Entra will provide a pre quarter update of financial and operational

performance in Q4 2020 tomorrow at 0700 CET. The full financial report will be

released on 12 February 2021, as previously announced.
