Approval of prospectus

The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway has on 25 March 2020, approved a prospectus dated 25 March 2020 (the "Prospectus"). The prospectus has been prepared in connection with the re-opening of ENTRA44 G (ISIN NO0010852692) of NOK 450,000,000 as announced 4 February 2020.
