Signed new 16,100 sqm lease contract at Skøyen in Oslo

Entra has signed a new lease contract with Yara International for 16,100 sqm in Verkstedveien 1 at Skøyen in Oslo. The new lease contract has a duration of 10.3 years, starting from Q1 2027. Yara International will move from a total of 11,800 sqm in Entra's properties in Drammensveien 131 and 134.
